About Cap-d’Ail
Sharing its eastern border with Monaco, Cap-d’Ail grew up in the Belle Époque as a resort of grand villas, one of which hosted Greta Garbo and another Winston Churchill. The coastal path skirts the rocks from Mala beach, one of the Riviera’s most beautiful coves, to the Principality’s harbour. Villas here enjoy the calm of a village setting with Monte-Carlo a few minutes away.

Yes. The deposit amount depends on the property and is stated in your quote and rental agreement before you commit. It is returned after the check-out inventory, less any damage, within the period set out in the agreement.
End-of-stay cleaning is specified property by property in your quote — either included or listed as a separate line. Housekeeping during your stay can be arranged through our concierge.
Payment is made by bank transfer, according to the schedule set out in your rental agreement: a deposit at booking, and the balance before arrival.
Cancellation terms are set out in your rental agreement and confirmed in writing before any payment. They depend on the property and the season — your advisor will detail the terms applying to your dates before you book.
No. The tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is set by each municipality and charged per person and per night. It is not included in the displayed rates; the exact amount appears on your quote.
