About Mougins
Perched in a spiral of lanes above Cannes, Mougins was Picasso’s home for the last twelve years of his life, and Jean Cocteau, Fernand Léger and Christian Dior were regulars before him. Today the village is known for its concentration of fine restaurants, its art galleries and museum, and the wooded residential estates that surround it — the quiet hinterland of the Riviera, ten minutes from the sea.

Yes. The deposit amount depends on the property and is stated in your quote and rental agreement before you commit. It is returned after the check-out inventory, less any damage, within the period set out in the agreement.
End-of-stay cleaning is specified property by property in your quote — either included or listed as a separate line. Housekeeping during your stay can be arranged through our concierge.
Payment is made by bank transfer, according to the schedule set out in your rental agreement: a deposit at booking, and the balance before arrival.
Cancellation terms are set out in your rental agreement and confirmed in writing before any payment. They depend on the property and the season — your advisor will detail the terms applying to your dates before you book.
No. The tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is set by each municipality and charged per person and per night. It is not included in the displayed rates; the exact amount appears on your quote.
